OVERVIEW Welcome to Puvante. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Puvante. Puvante operates this store and website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Puvante uses Shopify technology to provide its online sales services. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1: ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that the information provided (email, shipping address) is accurate and up to date to guarantee the correct delivery of your orders.

SECTION 2: PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND MANUFACTURING Puvante operates under a sustainable "print-on-demand" production model.

  • Production: Each garment is manufactured exclusively after receiving the customer's order to avoid overstocking.

  • Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exact to the actual fabric tone.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3: ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS Due to the nature of our automated production system synchronized with global printing centers, once an order enters the preparation phase, we cannot guarantee the possibility of cancellation or modification. The order is considered accepted upon receipt of our confirmation and successful payment.

SECTION 4: PRICES, CURRENCY, AND BILLING * Currencies: Prices will be displayed in the detected local currency (USD for USA, EUR for Europe). The customer is responsible for any exchange fees that their bank may apply.

  • Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes: Published prices include applicable VAT in the EU. For USA orders, "Sales Tax" will not be collected unless the mandatory legal threshold per state is reached.

SECTION 5: GLOBAL SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS * Production Centers: To ensure speed and sustainability, orders are managed from strategic production centers in the United States (for USA orders) and Spain/Europe (for EU orders).

  • Estimates: Delivery times are estimates. Puvante is not responsible for delays beyond its control (strikes, weather incidents, or customs delays outside of local production zones).

  • Risk: Once the product is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer according to the carrier's terms.

SECTION 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase (according to EU regulations). Since we manufacture on demand, we strongly urge you to consult the Size Guide. In the case of a return due to a change of mind or size, the shipping costs back to our central offices in Spain will be the responsibility of the customer, including any potential import duties.

SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (designs, Puvante logos, graphics, and images) is the exclusive property of Puvante. Any reproduction or commercial use without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8: RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES You acknowledge that Shopify provides the technology and Printful acts as the production and logistics partner. The use of their services implies acceptance of their respective operational processes.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. For any controversy, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of the city of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
