SHIPPING POLICY

At Puvante, we are committed to a print-on-demand production model. We do not hold bulk stock; every garment is manufactured exclusively for you the moment you place your order. This process ensures maximum quality, exclusivity, and reduces environmental impact.

1. Global Production & Logistics To ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery, we have strategic production centers:

  • USA Orders: Manufactured and shipped from our United States facilities (Charlotte, NC / Los Angeles, CA).

  • Europe Orders: Manufactured and shipped from our facilities in Spain and Latvia.

  • Rest of the World: Managed from the nearest facility with available materials.

2. Estimated Delivery Times The total time to receive your order consists of two phases:

  1. Production Phase (Fulfillment): It takes between 2 and 5 business days for your garment to be manufactured, printed, or embroidered and pass quality control.

  2. Shipping Phase (Transit):

    • United States: 3 - 6 business days after production.

    • Spain & Europe: 4 - 8 business days after production.

    • International: 10 - 20 business days depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

  • USA & Europe (including Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands): We offer Free Shipping on all orders. The price you see is the final price.

  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

4. Order Tracking As soon as your order leaves production, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Note: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive the code.

5. Failed Deliveries & Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

  • IMPORTANT: Never use the return address listed on the package label. This address belongs to an automated production center that does not process customer returns. If you send your order there, the package will be lost and we will be unable to process refunds. For returns, please contact contacto@puvante.com.

6. Customs and Taxes

  • USA & European Union: No additional charges or duties will apply upon receiving your order. Shipping is local or within a free trade zone.

  • Other destinations: Any customs duties or local taxes outside the USA/EU will be the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Need help? If more than 12 business days (USA/EU) have passed and you still haven't heard about your order, please write to us at contacto@puvante.com. We will review your production status immediately.
