SHIPPING POLICY

At Puvante, we operate under a Print on Demand model to ensure maximum quality and sustainability. This means that each product is specially manufactured for you the moment you place your order.

1. Local Production and Shipping Centers To reduce our carbon footprint and accelerate delivery times, we have strategic production centers:

  • USA Orders: Manufactured and shipped from our centers in Charlotte (NC) or Los Angeles (CA).

  • Europe Orders: Manufactured and shipped from our centers in Barcelona (Spain) or Riga (Latvia).

  • Rest of the World: Shipped from the nearest facility with available stock.

2. Estimated Delivery Times The total time to receive your order is divided into two phases:

  • Fulfillment (Production): It takes between 2 and 5 business days to print and prepare your garment.

  • Shipping (Transit):

    • United States: 3 - 6 business days after production.

    • Spain and Europe: 4 - 8 business days after production.

    • International: 10 - 20 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • USA & Europe: We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States and the European Union.

  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.

4. Order Tracking Once your order leaves production, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery in real-time.

5. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to our logistics partner's facilities (Printful) due to an insufficient address or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • IMPORTANT: The return address listed on the received package is for automated waste management purposes. Do not send returns to that address, as the package cannot be processed by our customer service team and will be lost.

6. Customs and Taxes For shipments within the USA and the European Union, no additional customs charges will apply. For shipments to the rest of the world, any customs duties or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
